While we meticulously inspect every item before shipment, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. This policy outlines our collector-focused process to ensure a seamless experience.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your collectible
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging intact (including boxes, certificates, and protective materials)
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Non-Returnable Items: Based on our product analysis, the following collector-grade items cannot be returned:
  • Opened Complete Model kits (1100/1144/172 series) due to assembly requirements
  • 3rd Party & 4th Party TFs with removed factory seals
  • Custom or limited edition figures (e.g., Newage H53G, Black Mamba exclusives)
  • Digital products (if applicable)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email our Collector Support Team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack items in original packaging with all protective materials
  4. Ship to Warehouse: Send to our Fayetteville address (provided with RMA) using a trackable service
  5. Inspection: Our team will verify the collectible’s condition within 3 business days of receipt

Refund & Exchange Options

Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit Cards: 5-7 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Exchanges: Available for identical items of equal value. For rare collectibles (e.g., Bandai exclusives), we’ll notify you of availability before processing.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the collector’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
