While we strive for accuracy, product colors may vary slightly from website images due to monitor settings.

2.2 Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. Rare collectibles may have limited stock, and we reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their collector-grade nature, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened Complete Model kits (1100/1144/172 series)
• 3rd/4th Party Transformers with removed factory seals
• Custom or limited edition figures
• Digital products (if applicable)

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive:

• Shipping notification with tracking

• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days with basic tracking

5. Returns and Refunds

To qualify for returns/exchanges:

• Request must be made within 15 days of receipt
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

5.2 Return Process

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
